So my mom really hates her job.! & she's always stressed when she gets home, and she's always getting into arguements with other workers. she's wanting to quit but doesn't know any other jobs. Please help! No sarcasm, this is serious!

She should use your county's job and family service office to see what openings are available in your area. She should also use websites such as monster.com to look for openings. Continue to check the local newspaper as well. However, one important piece of advice: 80% of job openings are not advertised so she should really consider visiting the places she'd be interested in working and see what they have available. They will admire her initiative.

You can't find a job for your mom. She is the ADULT and needs to find her own job

This is really sweet I'm sorry you're going threw this and I'm sorry she's going threw this! I can actually relate to the situation because it happened to me haha unfortunately theres nothing you can do. Just be supportive thats all I can say. Unless she asks you to help, don't get involved. If she does ask you for help refer her to monster.com or something. Good Luck! Hope this helps
