I'm moving to a city hour away and i think because i'm putting then address here that that's why i'm not hearing back from anyone so i was wondering was it better to just go ahead and move or just keep putting in apps and waiting its me and my boyfriend i can transfer my job it him that would have to find a whole new job

Definitely job first - otherwise how are you going to afford to live when you get there? If you think that your current location is the reason you're not getting interviews, put something in your covering letter or CV saying that you're planning on relocating to the city, hence the job search so far from home.

Get the job first. ls there someone in the other city that you could room with, and use that address until you get started on your own? Because that would be better.
