Question: How to find a job in missouri if you have a felony.?

I am trying to find a job in st.louis missouri. I was convicted of a felony 4 years ago and have been good ever since. I still cant find a good job that will hire me due to my criminal record. Is there any company's that will hire convicted felons or a website that will help me find a job.

Both Catholic Charities and Goodwill Industries have programs to help people with criminal backgrounds find employment. You might want to contact either or both of these agencies. Your community may have a local organization that does something similar. You may have to settle for a not-so-good job until you can develop a list of references.
