Question: They are trying to get me fired because i'm prettier! what do i do?

I work at a very popular night club. I have the best shifts and most shifts. I am very social and do a great job. I'm afraid the owner will cave in because her daughter and manager wants me fired. She steals money and blames it on me (we have watched the videos and caught this). I'm the youngest and I had know idea why some of the older women were giving me a hard time and lieing about me in till the club owner (among others) said they were jealous. I'm not snobby or conceited. I have been nothing but nice and always cover shifts for them and pick up their slack. I can't afford to lose this job. My mom was sick and lost her job and I am taking care of her and my younger sister and going to school. They gang up on me and have lied about everything from me stealing, sex in the back, not completing end of night work, to me doing drugs. I cannot make this much money anywhere else. What can I do? |
