Question: Is there life after being laid off? (corona ca 92883)?

What are my chances of getting a job these days? Ive been laid off for a year now with no luck at a new job. Sure there's been lots of interviews but no luck. What should I do to increase my chances? And has anyone else found a job after being laid off? What was your situation if you were? Please any suggestions/ advice basically anything would be helpful except negativity. Thank you

Have you done the send a thank you letter and call in after a few days method? After every interview you want to send a thank you letter and call in. Have you thought about going back to school? Apply for unemployment? Good luck

I've been laid off a couple of times. One time I found a job through a friend, another one I found through a temp agency and a 3rd one I found through Craig's List. I know that my Church has a networking group that lets you meet other business professionals. You can see if your friends the company their working for has jobs.
