I overpaid tax last year,now i'm unemployed,how do i claim it back?
I overpaid approx 350 in tax last year because my boss put me on the wrong tax code,just as he finally sorted it out i had to leave due to relocation 4 months ago I've phoned him 4 times and wrote to him once asking for my P45 but he doesn't seem to be interested,or can't be bothered to send it to me.I'm now claiming Employment support benefit while i'm unable to work due to ill health,how can i claim back that tax? i really need the money at the moment.
Getting stressed as im unemployed.?
Im 17 years of age, im going to college and in need of a job at some point i suppose, my mum keeps going on at me that i should look for a job. The thing is, i know that there are hardly any jobs around so why start now? as im still at college also. If i do ask places if there are any vaccancies theirs either no jobs available at the time or just to bring in a cv. It annoys me how everyone should look for a job, when theres hardly no luck getting one anyway.

I tried to get a job at McDonalds flipping burgers, but I never got the call back. I'm extremely close to giving up. I'm about at the point where I'm unemployable. Now what? My health is failing, I'm broke and my mom's going to crush me underneath a mountain of debt.My debt is about to be a couple thousand dollars, and I have no way to pay for it. I can't get any unemployment benefits. I can't get a job at McDonalds, now what? I'm extremely desperate, please help

IM currently unemployed, for 8 months, have a 11 month old son, but luck to have a mom that is willing to let me stay till i get on my feet but she is going broke because im livng off of here. Ive been looking for jobs and can find 1.I thought that doing landscaping and cleaning carpets would be a good business together im looking for invester to help fund. My friends niece is 33 years old and she has been unemployed for going on 4 years. I'm trying to help her find a job, ANY job. I know you may be saying " Doesn't everyone need a job these days?" She's a really good person and everything, she just puts everyone ahead of herself WAY MORE than she should. She's had jobs in the past, but my friend says she's always seemed to do something to get herself fired. He says she'd come to work drunk once, she slept with the bosses married son at another job who also worked there and caused the marriage to end apparently. She's been fired from 3 or more jobs overall, and when my friends Mother got sick, his niece moved in with them, to help take care of her. When his Mother passed away 5 years ago , she just felt like she could stay with him and his brother forever rent free watching episodes of CSI everyday and cooking in exchange for room and board. It's gotten to the point where it's getting ridiculous. I was laid off recently myself, but I'm still trying to help her find something too, so we can all be employed together. She'll call temp agencies, but they will ask for her social, see that she hasn't worked in 4 years and tell her they can't help her. Not sure what to do at this point. She's going everywhere I'm going and I feel bad when we have to get back in the car, because they tell her they can't work with her. Is this kind of thing illegal? How can she ever get a job at this point? Advice?
