i am receiveing unemployment back pay from tn the lady at the office said on 1 31 2012 that when she released the funds it would me 48 to 72 hours for direct deposit but i have a account now gold card from bancorp bank so when should i see my deposit???or when will it post? when i call tn unemployment they say payment was made on 1 31 2012

Do i qualify for unemployment if my company sells?
I worked for company " A" that had a contract to sell for company " B" . Company " A" just recently announced that due to lack of profits, they will be canceling their contract with company " B" . Company " A" issued all the employees a letter of separation for a future date and advised them to contact their local unemployment office. Company " B" wants to keep all the employees and have them continue to sell for them. We all have been asking company " B" for weeks if our pay and commissions will stay the same which is $11.56 per hour drawl with 18 % commissions. They have not decided how they were going to pay us and will not give us an exact answer. The day after the separation from company " A" we were to have a meeting with company " B" first thing in the morning and go over any changes that were made. I showed up for the meeting and we never discussed wages. I asked them later what my pay is going to be and they told me they didnt know yet and would get back to me. I heard from my supervisor that we may only be paid commission only or minimum wage drawl $7.70 hr. with commissions. Also that the commission rates and prices will be decreased. So, as the end of the work day grew near and still no answer. I got tired of lingering aroud the office for answers and finally decided to leave since there was no confirmed offer and it looked as though I was going to be making less money anyway. Now Company " B" is saying to everyone else " I'm not gona get unemployment because I quit" I was never hired....right? No application, No W 4, I still dont even know how much I was gona get paid. Can they screw me like that??? If they offer me a job now, at this point, do i have to take it?
If I file for unemployment, will my agency get mad?
Just finished a 6 month contract for Professional level work for a major company in California through an agency. It was great work, and I'd love to go back. No complaints about the agency either. The contract ended on good terms with good references from 3 levels up of bosses they just didn't have more work in their area. They agency is trying to find me another contract with this company, or any company, but for now I'm out of work and in debt. If I file for unemployment and they contact my agency, will the agency get mad and affect my standing with them? I'm not talking about what is legal or ethical, I'm talking about what is realistic to expect from them. They are a national chain, so I'm not sure if my local office will find out, but I assume they will. I'm assuming I'm eligible to claim .
Why did unemployment take most of my tax refund?
I withheld on my unemployment comensation about $50.00 a month, and I am doing my taxes right now and not only is it NOT giving me a portion of the withholdings 1154.00 but its trying to take an additional $500.00 from my REFUND I'm not understanding Did I do something wrong? Please help

I was collecting unemployment until my previous boss found out and he fought the case and won. Over the weeks I had collected $904. I filed for unemployment about two weeks ago, and I was wondering how I find out if I was approved for it. Is there a number you can call? I've been claiming on time but I haven't been paid for anything.
